Located at 900, South Woodlands Drive, 730900 in District 25, the Woodlands Civic Centre is a 6-story commercial building with two basement level car park. The Woodlands Civic Centre is one of the four (4)-office complexes owned by the Housing Development Board (HDB), Singapore.
Built in the year 2000, the Woodlands Civic Centre serves as a home to many public agencies, which provides the residents in the area and other members of the public a convenient way of accessing and using various government services easily.
The Woodlands Civic Centre houses the National Regional library – one of the largest neighbourhood libraries in Singapore – that spans four floors, with an expansive hall, a café and study areas.
Due to its massive collection of books and information resource, with a fully-fledged reference collection and service, the library is considered as a one-stop information and referral centre for information seekers in the northern region of the country. For lovers of knowledge, the regional library in Woodland Civic Centre is a fun place to be.
The Woodlands Civic Centre is also home to the HDB Woodlands Branch Office, a Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board branch office, Sembawang Town Council, SATA clinic, Power Supply, and Singapore Post Office.

With a total cost of $140 million for its construction, the Woodlands Civic Centre was the first regional services building attempt to converge all the major public agencies in one centralised location. The Woodland Civic Centre is a one-stop service centre to cater to the needs of the residents in the area and the rest of the public when it comes to carrying out various government-related duties.
Within the centre are banks like the Standard Chartered Woodlands Branch and the Development Bank of Singapore (DBS) for carrying out various banking services. Also located in the building are many educational centres and a furniture store (The Green Furnishing) to cater to the needs of the residents in the area and its neighbouring one.
Woodlands Civic Centre is in proximity to Cold Storage Supermarket and the Food court at Causeway Point, both of which provides an array of essential amenities to the public.
It is also close to various schools such as Marsiling Secondary School (0.33 km), Woodlands Secondary School (0.57 km), and the Marsiling Primary School (0.71 km).
